I once had a man try to explain something to me in a condescending way, but the office swiftly stepped in and sent another technician to help. This place was my home for two years and will remain in my Tucson memories, as my late pet loved observing the tranquil community from the window.
The two drawbacks I encountered, which could be said of any living situation, were certain eccentric neighbors who would knock on my door if they heard someone they knew. Additionally, if you receive packages, I suggest having them sent to a UPS/PO Box, as Tucson is one of the few cities where packages are stolen if left unattended for more than 10 minutes.more ...hide ...

We have lived here for almost two years and the spa has never functioned, which appears to be a scam since they advertise it as a luxurious amenity available to all inhabitants. The only reason we chose to stay is because management normally keeps to themselves unless there are tenants leaving out trash or their children's toys/etc, which is really annoying. We truly appreciate the privacy in that respect and everybody is always very courteous and helpful when we call the front office, especially Samantha. She is great. If these problems could be addressed I would say the springs would be an excellent place to live, but I truly wish the spa would be operational and that people would come in my home on the day and time they were given permission to, not on any other arbitrary day they feel like it.more ...hide ...

This place was abominable. The manager was unprofessional due to their rudeness and attitude. They showed no empathy for people with disabilities and it was difficult for them to park in the handicap lot. Moreover, they This place was abominable. Moreover, they refused to provide deaf or hard hearing people with a strobe light for a fire alert. I lost my sense of smell for two years because I had tested positive for Covid-3 times and can't smell anything. They thought that a small green light flashing was sufficient - how ridiculous! I will find a way to demonstrate the rights of deaf people for health and safety, as the fire alert is of utmost importance. The managers do not care if someone breaks into a car or any other incidents. Also, there was this man I don't know who was living on the property and he was standing outside my door rubbing his groin, making me feel uncomfortable and anxious, so I called the police. I don't feel secure enough to stay here anymore and I hope to find a good place before my lease ends. For your information, please don't try to apply to live here, as the managers have three faces; they are not professional or friendly, and it isn't safe.more ...hide ...

The staff there Jennifer , Wendy and last but not least Tomi , have helped me tremendously and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure I had my issues taken care of. This place is in an area that has been this way as long as I€™ve lived here, 20 years. So you knew ahead of time where you were going so those folks need to stop. Considering the area these ladies have done the best they could to make this as safe and home like as possible and that€™s no easy task by any means.
