I had great expectations for this housing complex, the images made it seem too good to be true for the price range, and to my dismay it was. I rented for a whole year as I had no other options with school approaching, and although initially everythin I had great expectations for this housing complex, the images made it seem too good to be true for the price range, and to my dismay it was. I rented for a whole year as I had no other options with school approaching, and although initially everything seemed livable, and let me tell you I am being generous, the year dragged on with broken appliances, worn-out and dilapidated walls, plumbing problems, and appalling service from management. The moment I entered, the first thing that jumped out at me was the ghastly floor; it is a muted orange color. The walls were aged and unclean, and the other part of the floor was so filthy. It was plainly evident that they didn't make any effort to clean up after the previous tenants.At the end of the lease, there were additional fees and notices that I was not told about in detail. It's wretched, but can you really expect anything better from a complex owned by a company? I mean for goodness sake they don't even have a proper office! It's a room in a hotel.Definitely over-priced for the faded cement floor, aging walls, and grubby overall conditions. Didn't get my full refund for unfounded reasons. Having resided here for over a year, the changes so far are excellent. Our new manager is excellent. Taking steps to clean up and keep this residence is not easy.
