I have just started living at Estancia. I got a small place with the assistance of Alejandra and Lizzet. Both women were super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. When I moved in there were some issues with items in the apartment but when notifying the office they told maintenance which is when Kyle and his team came out and repaired everything! They are older apartments and have their quirks but overall the largest and least expensive on the east side my daughter could find. I prefer living on the second floor or third floor. Really nice large balconies. Large outdoor space of trees and green grass. We got a lot of use out of the basketball court and tennis court combo. The kids loved playing basketball and even learning some tennis. I taught all three grandkids how to swim at the pools. This is also a really convenient area close to parks, Sabino Canyon and Mount Lemmon. Maintenance is quick to respond. When I see someone has posted they are looking for a reasonable apartment I always refer The View at Catalina. We will miss the many friendships from over the years.more ...hide ...
