Right from the start, it's been a challenge looking after my disabled mother in this F&W Management Group-run apartment. Right from the start, it's been a challenge looking after my disabled mother in this F&W Management Group-run apartment. If you or someone close to you has a disability, living here is near impossible; bathtubs are too high for people with limited mobility and stairs lead up to every destination so wheelchairs are not an option. All solutions for any complaints are makeshift; mold is just painted over and inside of vents have black caked dust stained by cigarette smoke. It's astonishing that this place is even HUD approved, let alone passes inspections! Over the years there have been numerous landlords and they treat you as if they were going through motions of a flow chart – no communication except for rude letters, emails and car windows plastered with notices that your vehicle will be towed if demands aren't met. The cable lines are such a mess that DSL internet is your only reliable connection while plumbing issues cause water to sit in sinks until it's plunged out. Kids run around unsupervised while cats roam around neglected. In short: don't stay here longer than 6 months or better yet don't live here at all! My overall rating would be 0/5 but I must give it 1/5 instead – God help anyone who moves into this place because both divine grace and evil luck will be needed to get out!more ...hide ...
