The dryer in the buildings are either not working or they do not get hot I have spent money countless times with no refund

The unit has its own thief in less than a month July 6 2021 and July 23 2021 Amazon left packages at my door and in less than 30 minutes the neighbors took it the security is not very good

Expect little to no professionalism from the office manager, security personnel, and maintenance workers. Do you value a neat environment? Maintenance of the grounds is not a highlight of the condo (granted, some tenants contribute to the messy look of the grass, garbage bins, etc.). How essential is it for you to be notified ahead of time about repairs that affect you? This isn't an issue if you are away from 8 am to 7 pm daily. Often there is no warning at all. Are you patient?
