Overall good community but is truly not worth the price There is always iguanas by the pool there for it is always dirty The maintenance issues are on going with the unit Be ready to pay 150200 on electricity due to the ac units being very old and Overall good community but is truly not worth the price There is always iguanas by the pool there for it is always dirty The maintenance issues are on going with the unit Be ready to pay 150200 on electricity due to the ac units being very old and not working properly Most of the maintenance issues get fixed weeks later Seems like after the outrages rent increase which was due to the market they do not maintain the community there is pile of leafs everywhere which have caused me to slip and fall as they become very slippery Now that rent prices are stabilizing the prices is not worth it When you have to call multiple times and send emails multiple times to make sure any issues get resolved My drier and washer did not get changed after many complaints and having the apartment flood Liked the community a lot but after seen the lack of management and maintenance is truly not worth the price more ... hide ...

I resided at Delray Bay for eight years. I was always on time paying my rent and never gave any difficulty. Any suspicious activity was reported to the office right away. Whenever someone inquired about renting, I was the first to recommend Delray Ba I resided at Delray Bay for eight years. I was always on time paying my rent and never gave any difficulty. Unfortunately, the management changed frequently, and the tenants' quality had, according to me, dropped to a Section 8 level. There were countless car break-ins, the surveillance signs were a joke. Non-residents used the pool and gym and the gates never worked during my stay. If you are near the canal, be prepared for mosquitoes, and in certain units, you will be disturbed by the sound of the train. Hidden fees were continually added to the rent and trash fees increased since non-resident contractors dumped their garbage in the trash compactor. The apartments are old and the price is definitely not close to the "Market Value". Although the website says all apartments have full-size washers and dryers, that's not true for the one-bedroom units. The only positive is the maintenance staff, which also changes frequently. Raising the rent more than $600 a month is outrageous. My advice would be to STAY AWAY. more ... hide ...
