This place is absurd. The former management was already not great, but the new team is even worse. We've been in the middle of renovation for more than three years. The elevator hardly functions. We've been in the middle of renovation for more than three years. The elevator hardly functions. Living on the fourth floor without an elevator is not a pleasant experience. They renovated the interior using the worst contractors available. They don't even bother to paint over the patched walls from switching out light fixtures or removing old countertops. They just leave it with a poorly done paint job or with a different color. The manager will either say yes to anything you say or talk to you in a patronizing manner. They are raising the rent like pretty much everywhere else, by about $500. I had so much dust in my vent, it was gross. I'm not able to change my own filters, so I have to ask them to do it, but it's kept in an outdoor storage area with a corroded water heater. The parking is terrible. Don't even think of having visitors over. Heaven forbid it rains, because the steps get wet. And the elevator doesn't work, so you have to use the stairs. I've slipped, my daughter, and a friend have too. We have elderly people in my floor, and it's very risky for them to take the stairs, which are not treated and become slippery when wet because they don't divert the rain water away from them. The maintenance team is the only positive thing here. They are always busy, but they more ... hide ...
