I waited 6 months to move in Even put down a deposit I went to the place on 5242022 and they where closed for audit I came back on 5252022 Initially I wanted a one 1 bedroom however the one bed room apparently never became available So I had just fou I waited 6 months to move in Even put down a deposit I went to the place on 5242022 and they where closed for audit I came back on 5252022 Initially I wanted a one 1 bedroom however the one bed room apparently never became available So I had just found out yesterday that I needed additional paperwork so I told the lady who I had worked with for the first time that I was going to Jacksonville to get the additional paperwork for my daughter because her mom never sent it Anyway some lady calls me that I never worked with and try to pressure me to have the paperwork by 200pm I informed her I am in Jacksonville Florida and attending my nephew graduation She acted like she did not care had a nasty attitude with me and would not listen to me Who every you are mame you need to be fired you are nasty and mean I know the reason you are nasty and mean because you think you can talk to a black man any kind of way Well thats fine you dont own that property any way I definitely dont want to live where I am not wanted I will definitely report you to the better business how dare you treat a US veteran that way I have rights Once again say what you want I was not working with you or the other lady I was working with PAM and she and I both agreed that if I could not get the paper work then I could give a copy of my court oder However Pam has not been in to work and I dont know why furthermore Pams emails were going to my spam so I could not see her email Once again you are a nasty and mean individual I have had so many issues from getting in contact with this place to even meeting with some one to work with ever time I go up there they are either closed or there is some sign on the door saying anything from out to lunch or whatever they can think of I see why no one wants to live there because of nasty attitude people like you Today 5272022 talk to the property manager as of yesterday I was still thinking I could move in come to find out thats not true this lady seems to think I can produce documents in five 5 no one ever told they had a unit waiting for me until Thursday 5262022 and thats when I found out about turning updated in formation so I said OK since I have to turn in updateded information any way then that will give time to get other paper work one 1 lady tells me I have until the first anthother 48 hours This group of mangers and staff is unorganized rude and has no empathy You have no Idea when you are up next and the Manager is just rude there is no other to put it I recommend no one moves hear and my viewers know when I recommend something as a bad product and service I am right I give this place 0 STARS more ... hide ...
