The day of move in I walked into the apartment and it was infested with roaches. We told the office and they said the housekeepers didn€™t tell them. Still not comfortable to unpack our stuff. Our keys didn€™t even work. Our mailbox key doesn€™t work. Went to the office and they said they will call the next day so we can pick up the key and they never called. The apartment had a weird smell too. Our closets has big dents in them. Our cabinets are falling apart. The neighborhood isn€™t maintained. It€™s horrible. Not worth the money we are paying. As I write this a roach is climbing up the wall. It€™s disgusting. Break-ins happen everywhere...most here are due to unlocked car doors...maybe lock your car door? Im not sure where the \"going downhill\" is coming from since we just got new paved roads, and brand-new speed bumps!!! lol anyways. Theres always going to be \"problems\" no matter where you chose to live...no place is perfect. But I have to say Gateway Club has been extremely helpful and accommodating. All the girls up front are so sweet and helpful (even when I ask way too many questions, sorry Misty) and the maintenance crew is top tier (lol) We have been living here since 2020...I think...really beautiful neighborhood and wonderful people.more ...hide ...
