My husband and I looked at many apartments in Davenport, but we ended up settling on Eagle's Crest. We liked that it was secure, tidy, modern, and well-lit. The kitchen had enough space for us to cook together without bumping into each other. The bedrooms had plenty of floor space for a king-size bed as well as walking about; meanwhile, the bathrooms were spotless and contemporary. Our favorite part about Eagle's Crest was its close proximity to the duck creek trail - only one mile away! Plus, there was a park and golf course right across from it which was perfect for summertime activities outdoors. Unfortunately we encountered a few issues such as maintenance taking weeks or months to respond to repair requests and thin walls allowing us to hear conversations from nearby apartments clearly; moreover, marijuana odors would drift into our vents due to lack of strict smoking policies in the complex. Despite these little hiccups we'd still recommend Eagle's Crest anyone searching for an apartment in Davenport outside of town center but still within a secure neighborhood. more ... hide ...

If youre looking for a nice place to live keep looking The 2 plus year stay at the residence has been anything but adequate Between spotty maintenance requests and lack of conflict resolution by the office its unacceptable Now the residents in the 17 If youre looking for a nice place to live keep looking The 2 plus year stay at the residence has been anything but adequate Between spotty maintenance requests and lack of conflict resolution by the office its unacceptable Now the residents in the 1702 building lot have been dealing with construction for the last several months Over a fourth of the lot has been unusable and other portions of the lot have been littered with debris I have had to fix two tires in the last 3 months I informed office and their resolution was park farther away Due to a single exit system the workers equipment and supplies enter and exit the only way possible I dont believe the conditions will improve anytime soon so be warned Other then that its been cheap for 3 graduate students more ... hide ...
