This place is a joke Big turnover in management and maintenance The office staff are never available They sit in office with doors locked and dont answer phone calls They are extremely rude They harass you for everything Takes weeksmonths to get any This place is a joke Big turnover in management and maintenance The office staff are never available They sit in office with doors locked and dont answer phone calls They are extremely rude They harass you for everything Takes weeksmonths to get anything fixed The place is ghetto Trash piles in yards and parking lots Some apt buildings have nice and cute landscaping in front yards and others are completely bare Most apts have broken blinds and blankets hanging in windows Pool and gym have been closed for 23 years Huge Potholes in parking lots Unsupervised kids be breaking the park equipment and the siding off of the buildings Police always there Shootings all the time Ppl be outside working on they cars and be blasting they music I cant wait to get up out of here more ... hide ...

I am over this management group completely My daughter and I moved from TN in October and were in a hurry to find a place I was thrilled when we got approved for Cross Creek knowing it would be hard to find anything else last minute with the holidays I am over this management group completely My daughter and I moved from TN in October and were in a hurry to find a place I was thrilled when we got approved for Cross Creek knowing it would be hard to find anything else last minute with the holidays approaching I was told my apartment would be ready the end of November beginning of December at the latest Here we are approaching mid January and still no idea when the apartment will be ready After two months not even a ball park guess how is that even possible Weve spent not only my daughters birthday but Christmas and New Years in a hotel Now my daughter is starting school and we of course are looking elsewhere but we could have saved ourselves time money and stressed if someone back in November had simply said hey we actually have no idea what the hell were talking about more ... hide ...
