COPYnHello my name is Gabrielle and this is my 4th email to willow run I am sending this email after speaking with corporate I came to willow run and filled out an application in November the week of Thanksgiving the day i was there they were handinCOPYnHello my name is Gabrielle and this is my 4th email to willow run I am sending this email after speaking with corporate I came to willow run and filled out an application in November the week of Thanksgiving the day i was there they were handing out turkeys the woman stated she was a fill in and not the manager she stated she knew nothing repeatedly told us the offce wasent supposed to be open and was irritated when i insisted to fill out and application She continuously spoke about how over worked she was I spoke with her anyway and tries to lighten the mood i told her i understand with covid and being over worked I filled out and application and was given a business card to followup on in the process since i left i have called 8 times over dec and jan asking for updatesregiving contact info and concer over a letter resently I have emailed 3 times once to check status once to regive contact info just incase and once in response to a letter that i am attaching The reason i called corporate was in response to a letter i recieved in being removed off of the wait list in which lead to several concerns with that being said the units are still available on the website infact i believemore was added since when i applied i just filled out my application less that 2 months ago and my contact info has been the same up untill the 5th of jan in which no one called to even process my application meaning i was told i would recieve a call to let me know my application was being reviewed I was given no specific on emailing them so i am now emailing this letter as corporate suggested i be very detailed In regard to the letter i am very confused about lack of response time give due to the fact the letter arrived after the 6th of jan There is still covid impact on mail delivery even ssi gives 10 days to respond after RECEIVINGsending the letter vs the day it was written because they know how mail is and its always been that way but this letter has been given 10 days of the date written It came jan 7th an entire day after the due date which im not surprised about due to it being sent over the Holiday and covid impac on jobs and mail specifically I just want to say in my defense i did email in response to this letter the day i received it along with a phone call i am leaving my info again and would greatly appreciate a return call and im sure you can understand my hesitation in coming to the office again My contact info is Thank you and i will galdy wait a call sorry that there seems to be lack of communication Have a nice day Update was able to get in I love my new place its beautiful thank you willow runmore ...hide ...

This is a young rental community that has a single family home setting Its surrounded by farmland so there is no outside foot traffic ever passing by Excellent schools and very good environment to raise kids Very Low crime area
