Good quiet atmosphere with great scenery Its a fine place to live with a good school within walking distance There is also a nice park close by as well
I would give this place a rating of -5 stars if I could. Amenities such as a pool and fitness center are listed, but the pool is closed due to COVID and there is no fitness center. Vinyl flooring is also listed, however, the majority of my apartment I would give this place a rating of -5 stars if I could. Amenities such as a pool and fitness center are listed, but the pool is closed due to COVID and there is no fitness center. Vinyl flooring is also listed, however, the majority of my apartment has old carpet. Furthermore, the apartment complex is not smoke free and it has a strong smell of marijuana on a daily basis. The 24 hour laundry facility is broken and has been for a month, despite the four maintenance requests I have put in. There are mice in my apartment which I have reported but nothing has been done, so I have had to set up traps myself. There are also mice holes in the walls. In addition, there has been a leak from the ceiling due to my neighbor's over flooding. The rent is expensive, ranging from $990 to $1,260 a month. The police and fire department are often here and there are people fighting in the parking lot and cars exploding. The parking lot is full of large pot holes and other residents are not cleaning up after their dogs. When I moved in I was in a hurry but I had no idea it would be this bad. I cannot wait to be out of here and I do not recommend anyone living here.more ...hide ...
