Im visiting my aunt and she made a call today to the property manager Paula due to mold in all 4 windows and above and below the rear exit door to the porch There was also water leaking in under the door onto the wood floors After Paula saw the molIm visiting my aunt and she made a call today to the property manager Paula due to mold in all 4 windows and above and below the rear exit door to the porch There was also water leaking in under the door onto the wood floors After Paula saw the mold she stated I have it in my windows too just clean it with bleach She then replied Youre about to move out anyway why do you care When my aunt asked if she was going to take care of it or put a work order in she responded maybe you should clean them more often The house is already spotlessly clean so that is not the issue My aunt told Paula it is a serious health issue and Paula responded oh well there is nothing I can do about it and turned around to leave as she said that and SLAMMED the door like a child in the middle of a temper tantrum This was 100 unprofessional and not acceptable For future and current renters please check for mold This is dangerousmore ...hide ...
Waited for an apartment for over 2 months Paula kept moving the move in date then kept switching what apartment we were moving into and she was very rude and unprofessional

The neighbors will report you for the most absurd things and the property manager will take action immediately by violating you without any proof. The property manager loves to make-up her own delusional, make-believe rules and leave constant notes at your door.
