My review mirrors many of the other reviews found here. To start, the property manager Kelly was very helpful and backed us up when we had several issues. To start, the property manager Kelly was very helpful and backed us up when we had several issues. The apartments are located in a quiet area, yet that's the only positive. They are not soundproof, so we heard our neighbors walking, talking, and the noise from their large pet regularly running around the floor, which made it sound like a herd of buffalo. It was so loud that it caused us to be embarrassed to have visitors over, and it disturbed us throughout the night. The apartments are also cheaply built, with no more than a primer on the walls and vents that were not installed correctly and hung from the ceiling. Additionally, the washer/dryer was of low quality and would not dry clothes after the first cycle. We had multiple maintenance requests over the 10 months we stayed there, and they were always kind and prompt. Lastly, the management company is aggressive in terms of profit and not particularly polite. We had a few issues, which are too lengthy to list here, and were usually met with a hostile attitude from the other end. To conclude, I can't stress enough how terrible the noise is. Stayed in one of the older apartments for a year not sound proof at all the tenants wife stomped all day across the floor would pour stuff on you when out on the balcony And for the price of the apartment it was definitely not worth it at allnnHad st Stayed in one of the older apartments for a year not sound proof at all the tenants wife stomped all day across the floor would pour stuff on you when out on the balcony And for the price of the apartment it was definitely not worth it at allnnHad stuff that was promised to be fixed before we moved in but when we moved out they were still needing to be fixed You are required to pay rent on time or charged a late fee but the repairs werent done Kept being told they had to re put the order in as old repair orders said repairs were completednnThen they expect you to clean the carpets not just vacuum but shampoo As much as they charge they should be responsible for that And they added a playground but that only consist of a couple slidesnnKelly was very nice and what maintenance did get orders to fix they did fix and maintenance people were very nice more ... hide ...

I lived in one of the newer buildings and the building was very poorly constructed I could hear literally every sound my neighbors made from their walking around to their quiet talking to their chopping vegetables I dont know how the older buildings I lived in one of the newer buildings and the building was very poorly constructed I could hear literally every sound my neighbors made from their walking around to their quiet talking to their chopping vegetables I dont know how the older buildings are but I would absolutely not recommend the new buildingsnnKelly the property manager was responsive and friendly however wasnt knowledgeable when it came to getting my security deposit She didnt seem to have good communication with the company that owns that apartment complex and was therefore not able to answer my questions about when I would get that backnnI did not have any experiences with maintenance so I cannot say whether they were goodbadnnOverall I wish I had chosen another apartment complex to live in more ... hide ...

This review is solely for quality of the new apartment buildings It does not reflect management which I am very happy with 5 stars for the property manager and the management company They are phenomenal I would gladly move in to a different apartment This review is solely for quality of the new apartment buildings It does not reflect management which I am very happy with 5 stars for the property manager and the management company They are phenomenal I would gladly move in to a different apartment or living situation that is run by this companynI was one of the first few tenants to move in to the new buildings which look great from a distance and I was very excited to be living in a new building But after the a couple months I started to see that these apartments were poorly constructed There is minimal if any sound dampening and or insulation I can hear every little sound and movement of my neighbors through the walls and ceiling I can even hear the third floor tenants flush their toilet and Im on the ground floor The shower drain was installed without a basin meaning theres literally nothing connecting the drain pipe to the shower No surprise it flooded the floor Thankfully Im on the bottom level so no one else got flooded more ... hide ...
