There is only one sleeve for a small wall air conditioner in the living room; window units are not allowed in the bedrooms which makes them too hot. The kitchen stove burners are so bent that pans slide off and my broken refrigerator was replaced with one that is too big for its space and has an indented side from being forced into place. Additionally, there is no security system or cameras installed even though there have been many requests made and stolen items reported from public areas as well as shelves outside of apartments. When complaints are submitted to the office, they send letters saying they will respond but never do anything about it. Also, painting of interior walls and apartment doors needs to be done urgently; when snow piles up around cars in wintertime I had difficulty opening my car door until a neighbor helped me out after asking management multiple times to get cars moved so lot could be cleared of snow. A snowplow crew arrives between 4-5:00 am with frequent drops that last over 30 minutes which makes me too tired afterwards to go back asleep - especially since seniors already struggle with sleep - but management does not seem bothered by this issue at all.
