Before I inked the contract, they assisted me in changing to a different apartment with an earlier move in date that better suited my requirements and saved me from a hassle. Furthermore, they host several events and activities every month for the occupants - egg hunts for Easter, Thanksgiving dinners, and many other gatherings with free food are just some of the examples. I think they do a phenomenal job in making Bennington Hills feel like a friendly community rather than just a mere apartment complex, which might be the reason why many families feel comfortable raising their children there.The maintenance team was also a delight to work with. I encountered a particular incident where my bathroom floor had started to form a puddle of water at 1 AM (this was later discovered to be a crack in the bathtub upstairs). I rang the emergency hotline and Todd arrived within 15 minutes to help dry up the water and identify the source of the leak. Even after all his hard work, he politely refused the tip I offered him, which is a true testimony to his character.Overall, I was very satisfied with my time at Bennington Hills and I would have been delighted to stay there again had I not needed to relocate. more ... hide ...
