I had to click a star to post this review I wish there was a Negative star to choose I lived in this complex for 25 years until this company that currently owns the complex took over They came in like a bulldozer and evicted everyone in the complexI had to click a star to post this review I wish there was a Negative star to choose I lived in this complex for 25 years until this company that currently owns the complex took over They came in like a bulldozer and evicted everyone in the complex who had jobs so they could change the complex into a government rent paid place They took no regards to the children in the middle of a school year their greed kicked them out They jacked the rent up on my old apartment 500 dollars more a month right after they kicked me and my family out so that the United State Government could meet their GREED The remaining tenants I knew there who are still tenants was given a new set of rules and demands I have heard from a few about the crime that has developed there Please there are many other nicer complexs to rent from This companys motive is purely GREED STAY AWAY RESPONSE You can say what ever you wish to get revenues up but the fact remains there were a mass load of us EVICTED at the same time from Cedar of Chili when you took over Your only goal was to raise the rent and get government money to pay for that increases I have seen the upgrades which are cheaply done The square footage we paid for is no more because they forced all the remaining tenants who lived there for years to remove all there belongings from the in unit storage room and they put locks on the storage room doors They shrunk down the size of all the patios and cut down all the trees that made the complex look beautiful Those little cheap upgrades is to justify their rent increases I lived in that complex for over 20 years and never had any problems I even kept my rent paid ahead in advance but that didnt stop you from evicting me or any of the others who lived there for years with jobs FACT Listen to the lie of a person who wants to keep his business going or listen to people who actually lived theremore ...hide ...

The property manager I spoke to was generally unhelpful, and all in all touring here was a waste of my time. Its a shame because the location and rooms seemed nice.more ...hide ...
