The air has gone out multiple times since Ive moved into my current unit and this most recent time Ive been given the run around someone will come and say theres an issue and nothing will get done for an extended period of time Frequent attempts t The air has gone out multiple times since Ive moved into my current unit and this most recent time Ive been given the run around someone will come and say theres an issue and nothing will get done for an extended period of time Frequent attempts to leave emails have gone nowhere The drain in the tub does nothing so instead of just showering its a tub and a shower which is inconvenient the hallway door has never been connected to the hallway closet so its just tilted in the hallway which is a problem because the door is very heavy ROACHES met us when we moved in so I assumed they have been living here before we signed our lease they met us at the door at times they come out of the Socket and if I want a late night snack they beat me to it Then they have the audacity to send out email surveys asking how theyve done when theyve done nothing to deal with any of the issues documented 0 out of 0 would not recommend unless you are low on options and even then pray for something better more ... hide ...

My work orders never get done it seems I asked for my dishwasher to be fixed in March before I had my baby and guess whats still not fixed Last year it took 3 months to get my ac leak and my major tub leak fixed Right now I have plenty of wasp nest o My work orders never get done it seems I asked for my dishwasher to be fixed in March before I had my baby and guess whats still not fixed Last year it took 3 months to get my ac leak and my major tub leak fixed Right now I have plenty of wasp nest on my patio Called the office 3 times before I went down to see the woman just not answering calls Told her what was going on and tells me to go out on my wasp patio to take pictures So basically cant do anything apparently And what makes you think I want to take my 3 month old back in the heat to the office They wouldnt even call maintenance to help I called to tell them about not being able to get good pictures and she didnt answer again Not good customer service at all more ... hide ...

Living here hasn't been a complete disaster, but it's also not the best. The valet trash service is another problem. We are paying $25.00 for a service that is unnecessary and should be optional. The fees imposed by the company are also high, but I won't list them. The main issue is that the rent and fees increase, but there are no improvements. This isn't how things should be done, I used to work in an apartment complex office, and it doesn't make sense. Furthermore, work orders are closed even before being completed, calls to the office are never answered or returned, and any attempts to discuss an issue in person are met with a defensive attitude. The customer service needs drastic improvement. Aside from these major issues, and other minor ones, this place isn't the worst. more ... hide ...
