The valet trash service is another problem. We are paying $25.00 for a service that is unnecessary and should be optional. The fees imposed by the company are also high, but I won't list them. The main issue is that the rent and fees increase, but there are no improvements. This isn't how things should be done, I used to work in an apartment complex office, and it doesn't make sense. Furthermore, work orders are closed even before being completed, calls to the office are never answered or returned, and any attempts to discuss an issue in person are met with a defensive attitude. The customer service needs drastic improvement. Aside from these major issues, and other minor ones, this place isn't the worst.more ...hide ...
