If youre thinking of moving in Id suggest you take a walk around the complex Very quickly you will see problems of simple maintenance and cosmetic issues with the stucco Theyve raised the price and are almost paying 2 thousand dollars for a 2 bedroom If youre thinking of moving in Id suggest you take a walk around the complex Very quickly you will see problems of simple maintenance and cosmetic issues with the stucco Theyve raised the price and are almost paying 2 thousand dollars for a 2 bedroom apartment The roof inbetween the apartments is broken and they have not once made an attempt to patch it up or anything Their maintenance will take weeks for some repairs because they temporarily fix the situation Besides stove replacements and general maintenance issues its not bad When I first moved in Railing for steps was loose rusty and rotting away Eventually it just broke and has been there on the ground for months now Also good luck getting your appointment because youre stuck with a 37 dollar payment to process online more ... hide ...
