The walls are like paper, allowing us to hear everything, and they don't like to do anything to fix things, opting to take parts from old appliances to repair broken ones instead of replacing them. The neighbors are uncouth and loud, and the kids are a terrible group of hoodlums who torture animals right outside my window, with their parents allowing them to do whatever they want. They throw their trash all over the lawn, and there is a large amount of black mold present. I wouldn't recommend renting here; there are better places that charge a high rent and a security deposit of almost $1,000. The landlord is a wealthy woman who thinks she is above her tenants, acting as if it's a privilege to have hot water or have things fixed. Trust me, you won't like it here; I'm trying to find somewhere else, as I'm weary of my obnoxious neighbors and running out of heat and hot water. The apartments are excellent for subsidy but the pricing for subsidized housing is almost robbery

Theyre cute apartments and thats about it From what I understand management actually lives in rochester which would explain why you better hope you dont have something serious go wrong It takes quite a while for you to get anything done My mother liv Theyre cute apartments and thats about it From what I understand management actually lives in rochester which would explain why you better hope you dont have something serious go wrong It takes quite a while for you to get anything done My mother lives there and when I visit its crazy how paper thin the walls are Noisy neighbors which I understand you get but Ive never heard anyplace as bad as that and Ive lived all over the place The doors are heavy and the only way to shut them is by slamming them which makes it even louder Shes had trouble with her locks since moving in like not being able to get the key out if she tries to lock it or it just not latching Weve called mngmt several times but nothing has ever been done They manage the temperature in your apartment and your only able to put it up so high Elderly people get cold and 70 degrees just doesnt cut it in the winter with the blustering wind I think the cost exceeds the value Sorry guys you really need to step it up and not take advantage of the small town folk more ... hide ...
