There is aThis senior housing complex scores a 6.5/10 overall. It offers apartments/condos of various sizes, a clean community room and hallways, some fitness equipment, storage units per apartment, and secure premises. There is also a pool complex nearby and it's only a ten-minute walk away from shopping. The medical complex is next to the parking lot which has plenty of spots for both regular vehicles as well as handicap parking. Minor painting jobs are needed along with banister cleaning in order to make the environment safer for everyone in the building; however, due to the manager's office not being handicapped accessible not all residents can have private meetings with her. Additionally, there should be safety precautions set up around the treadmill and stair stepper located on different levels so that no one falls off while using them. Lastly, there is an on-site laundry facility as well as a stage for speakers or entertainers if needed.
