I love the area it is close to a lot of things so if my car has a problems there is a bus stop close by and the Floral Ave Market is nice and so convenient to have right across the street. The tenants are nice and I have made lots of friends and we all try to look out for each other and help each other out as best as we can. Feels like one big family! The building manager at Wells Becky is also nice and will go out of her way to help the residents! We have a nice Social Worker that is also on the premises that helps the tenants in whatever they need! And there is all a nurse in the building that comes once a week! All in all I feel blessed!
