The communication was outstanding. Additionally, the maintenance people were helpful and fast when it came to resolving issues. The place is perfect, especially for individuals working at the UW campus or going west; they will avoid the morning traffic. Getting to downtown is effortless, yet it is distant enough to not be disturbed by the nightlife activities. There is a bicycle path that goes right by the building and it is easy to join to Madison's complete bike track from there. The Shorewood Hills district is awesome to investigate and Lakeshore Nature Preserve and Picnic Point are within a reasonable walking distance. You will find various grocery stores and eateries within walking or biking range. We had an apartment on the 4th floor, in a corner, and practically never heard a sound from the other occupants. Arbor Crossing is an excellent apartment I found this apartment when I moved from out of state to begin graduate school The apartment manager was so helpful getting the paperwork together and making sure I had everything I needed to make the move eas Arbor Crossing is an excellent apartment I found this apartment when I moved from out of state to begin graduate school The apartment manager was so helpful getting the paperwork together and making sure I had everything I needed to make the move easier I have been here for almost two years now and still love the space There is a great workout room a party room and a large outside deck that is awesome for summer grilling I initially chose the apartments based on the convenient location proximity to school bike path downtown and a variety of grocery stores and I feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful place complete with inunit laundry too Management has always been really kind and extremely helpful and I have only called on the maintenance team once for a small appliance issue They were prompt and very nice to work with Ultimately I am so glad to live at Arbor Crossing Apartments and I would definitely recommend it to others more ... hide ...
