If we ever relocate back to Madison, we will certainly contemplate living here again. Tiffany, the office manager, was very accommodating and always answered in a timely fashion. The communication was outstanding. Additionally, the maintenance people were helpful and fast when it came to resolving issues. The place is perfect, especially for individuals working at the UW campus or going west; they will avoid the morning traffic. Getting to downtown is effortless, yet it is distant enough to not be disturbed by the nightlife activities. There is a bicycle path that goes right by the building and it is easy to join to Madison's complete bike track from there. The Shorewood Hills district is awesome to investigate and Lakeshore Nature Preserve and Picnic Point are within a reasonable walking distance. You will find various grocery stores and eateries within walking or biking range. We had an apartment on the 4th floor, in a corner, and practically never heard a sound from the other occupants. The gym equipment is basic yet sufficient. The only problem was the sound of the train, ambulance, and helicopter from the hospital.more ...hide ...
