There response on maintenance is horrible. They have tendency to lose rent check then blame you they never received it. And to top it off they have a bad black mold issue that they paint over to move in the next tenant.

The crime rate in the neighborhood has quadrupled since the residents of this apartment complex moved in. Coincidence? It is built next to an MGE relay station. Their requests were ignored. Theft has skyrocketed. It was built with the belief that a new library was being built. 3 years later no library, only government subsidized housing. You cant blame the residents, you can only blame poor urban planning and pie in the sky ideologues with no sense of reality, and are unaffected by the consequences of their actions because they live in neighborhoods with no inclusionary housing.more ...hide ...
