Leaves a lot to be desired Some staff are wonderful but the turn over is amazing During Covid pandemic management was really lacking The residents that needed the companionship were ignored and suffered for it mentally as well as physically Residents Leaves a lot to be desired Some staff are wonderful but the turn over is amazing During Covid pandemic management was really lacking The residents that needed the companionship were ignored and suffered for it mentally as well as physically Residents arent happy employees arent happy what is management doing Rules and regulations change at the will of management with no concern for the residents There seem to be different rules for different people including employees Things families of residents should have been kept up to date on were ignored I wish I could have moved my mother out of there but she had enough of the isolation and passed away They need some changes in management and training This isnt just a business this is peoples lives more ... hide ...
