They come in and tell you there is no mold based solely on sight, without testing it in a laboratory. The moment I signed my lease, our lives were changed forever. I had no idea that I had signed up for a death sentence. If only management and maintenance had heeded my pleas for assistance, this tragedy would not have happened. These buildings are ancient; no matter how much paint is applied, new tiles and carpets are put in, they are still terrible. Roaches, mice, and hardly any heat - and when you complain, they portray you as an unhappy tenant who wants everything to be perfect. They do not understand the harm the apartments can cause to people's health. But I implore you, do not move here - it was the worst decision I have ever made. Chelsea Village ruined my life.
