Ive been renting here for almost 10 yearsThe Townhouses here are rarely updated and maintenance requests are not dealt with timely The bugs in the spring and summer are horrible as the complex is build surrounded by protected swamps The lease is ver Ive been renting here for almost 10 yearsThe Townhouses here are rarely updated and maintenance requests are not dealt with timely The bugs in the spring and summer are horrible as the complex is build surrounded by protected swamps The lease is very complex and allows no swimming pools for kids Another thing is the kids a lot of the children in the neighborhood will group up outside your apartments creating disturbances even after quiet hours Cars have been broken into here tires mysteriously gone flat and other odd nuisances Such as neighbors yelling and fighting cops constantly being called fire department constantly showing up Someone even Overdosed on heroine as well He diednIts ok for a temporary living situation but I wouldnt recommend due to our rent being increased dramatically after the first yearnSo if you want to live in a swamp full of bugs with subpar amenities then move on in they would love to have your money more ... hide ...
