This is my first apartment I moved into their complex River Bank commons about a year ago and I love it I went threw a minor struggle during the pandemic but Dave was very understanding and patient with me during the process Thank you so much Dave

This place is disgusting Two weeks after moving in bed bugs and roaches Neighbors were extremely loud and was always blasting music Do not rent from them unless you like to live in filth

Its old everything needs to be updated Its a nice size so it has a lot of potential but renovations are not made in the apartments The parking is horrible and the same as any apartment you have to battle bugs and mice in the winter
