I had the tenets from hell next to me for 2 yrs They got evicted only after they destroyed the place And this was a welfare mom with 3 kids under 12 yrs old

I am ever so satisfied with the decision of choosing Patriots Cove for my home The girls in the leasing office have been so pleasant and helpful with the move in process and making sure things are done in a timely manor Ive been in here for about 2 m I am ever so satisfied with the decision of choosing Patriots Cove for my home The girls in the leasing office have been so pleasant and helpful with the move in process and making sure things are done in a timely manor Ive been in here for about 2 months now and I can not recommend them enough Especially if you are someone who finds that they are struggling financially Patriots Cove provides low income housing at an incredible price Im in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment for 918 a month They are completely newly renovated apartments AND most of their utilities are included Neighbors have been nothing but kind and welcoming Plus EVERY unit comes with your own spacious balcony Not to mention this is in such an incredible little part of Barnegat which tends to be much more quiet compared to towns such as Toms River or Brick Five starts all the way for this place more ... hide ...

After the birth of my child, I was able to move into a two-story, two-bedroom place within a month. It works perfectly for my little family; I've been able to make it feel like a home. The staff and maintenance crew are always courteous, quick and effective, especially Evana, who goes out of her way for me. There's a park, a pool, a fenced-in dog area, a clubhouse and a recycling center, all within walking distance. They keep us informed of any changes by email and take care of any minor wear-and-tear issues I have at home the same week, such as a light bulb. My neighbors are friendly but everyone keeps to themselves, which is ideal. There's no problem with parking spots and guests can always find a vacant space close to my door.
