This apartment complex was built in 1953 I believe it was probably once a very nice place to live Unfortunately throughout the years management failed to make essential needed upgrades maintenance and some needed repairs in general This has made thThis apartment complex was built in 1953 I believe it was probably once a very nice place to live Unfortunately throughout the years management failed to make essential needed upgrades maintenance and some needed repairs in general This has made the property appear crummy extremely dated and cheap My apartment contains the ORIGINAL WINDOWS which are NOT insulated whatsoever and made of one thin pane of glass No matter how well we insulate we still freeze every winter I also have the original oven still in my apartment from 1953 It works very poorly It takes at least double the cooking time The kitchen cabinets and utility drawers are literally in shambles a disgrace Management is a nightmare They actually have a tenant who LIVES HERE working collecting security deposits giving tours of potential apartment rentals and collecting monthly rent from other tenants In effect she has access to everyones financial situation and personal data on record It is common knowledge that this person cleans and readies apartments for new tenants She does all this to live rentfree Last time I checked this was a big NoNo and against the law I have been harassed for rent payments many times while at work and physically approached by the same person for rent money at my residence even when my rent was not late There is an air conditioner property of management in each apartment supposed to be maintainedcleaned routinely by maintenance Please do not wait for that to happen because it wont Last night I chose to check it out myself and there was so much black mold inside it and on the vents etc Im honestly surprised were still alive A ton like 1520 years worth There are many many restrictions in order to stay at this complex IE no pets or you will be surcharged no children no sitting outside your apartment or walking on the grass No Overnight visitors They even went as far as requesting evidence of insurance and registration on your personal vehicle Hammonton is a beautiful place to live However if youre going down the street and feel like you have reached Camden you are most likely at Hammonton Arms Apts Find a friendly place to live I will follow up with some photosmore ...hide ...
