As with any apartment complex, there are advantages and disadvantages: PROS: - The office and maintenance are excellent, they are always very quick to respo It appears that all of the authentic reviews that used to be here have recently been deleted. As with any apartment complex, there are advantages and disadvantages: PROS: - The office and maintenance are excellent, they are always very quick to respond and obliging. - The establishment is clean, modern and attractive. - Whistle Stop, Limoncello and Ike's Big Mouth are all within walking distance and are the best places to get food! - The train is convenient, although I never used it. - It is a short walk or cycle to the park and public pool. - The package concierge is a real lifesaver. - The location is stunning. - Having garage parking is very useful, particularly during winter. CONS: - The sound of the train can be very loud if you live on that side of the building, and there is not an attractive view since it is just a car park. - Management can be overly strict if you are used to living in smaller apartments where the landlord is more lenient and accommodating. - Keys are digital so you must buy them/make duplicates through the office which costs $55 each. - Free parking is difficult to find without having to rush to your car to move it at certain times. - The space you get for the price is not great. After 7 months, I chose to move out and rent a house for just a little more each month. At the time, many of the other tenants were leaving due to more ... hide ...

I been living here for a few months and fromnday one has been a great Building is well kept and the staff is always friendly and helpful Really happy about the coffee shop that opened up which is very convenient
