The Courtyards is an alright place to live Al in maintenance is awesome and i believe keep our community up and running single handed besides the maintenance our complex isnt all that it presents itself to be yes it nice looking but we are told thaThe Courtyards is an alright place to live Al in maintenance is awesome and i believe keep our community up and running single handed besides the maintenance our complex isnt all that it presents itself to be yes it nice looking but we are told that our amenities include the pool in the summer but quite frankly it is closed more than it is open the office staff can be a bit snippy at times and now I think that they just rent to anyone to keep their numbers up as Ive seen people come and go with in the first 6 months and these people are not even friendly We also are to have parking in our lot but people guest take our regular spots and we are forced to park near the road they use to have a towing service to move those cars but not anymore this complex wants more money and gives us less than what we pay for as our rent goes up every year and not by 3000 or 4000 dollars our went up 9000 and my friend her went 18000 it is a crying shame we pay as much as we do and dont get half the stuff we shouldmore ...hide ...

I love living in the Courtyards Our family enjoys the many amenities this complex has to offer Most importantly Al is our go to maintenance worker He is awesome

They never pick up the phone. I stood at the door for 20 minutes knocking and no one answers the door!!! I have tried to get a hold of someone for a week. The phone number listed here is a fax number!
