Overpriced for basic units Management is below average at handling issues and concerns Community was not great either Maybe it was where our unit was located but neighbors were not pleasant and inconsiderate of those around them the entire time I livOverpriced for basic units Management is below average at handling issues and concerns Community was not great either Maybe it was where our unit was located but neighbors were not pleasant and inconsiderate of those around them the entire time I lived here Neighbors dont clean up after their dogs leave their dogs running around off of leashes on the grounds blare music and scream all hours of the day and night liter all over the grounds property management did not handle these issues well at all when concerns were raised and would state responses such as what you may think as out of control levels of noise may not be the same for the next person took that right out of an email they sent me Really Sorry unattended children cussing and screaming at the top of their lungs while I am on work calls is out of control levels of noise to me but not them Happier in a better community for a month now with better property management better price for value better neighborscommunity Dont let the looks of this community fool you Look elsewheremore ...hide ...
Terrible experience first when we asked if there are any apartments to see before we make a 9 month commitment of 1746 we get told no however that wasnt the case because a friend of mine went through one a week later Then when we decide not to go Terrible experience first when we asked if there are any apartments to see before we make a 9 month commitment of 1746 we get told no however that wasnt the case because a friend of mine went through one a week later Then when we decide not to go ahead with the application we are told the 500 holding fee would not be refunded even though we never signed a lease The entire 500 was pulled from my account which when you apply to this complex it states only 250 will pull LIES Not sure who in their right mind is just going to rent an apartment without seeing it but it wasnt going to be us and not sure when an application became an agreement because if thats the case all job applications I guess are an agreement I have already contacted my attorney because people like this should not get away with this Good luck to anyone who rents heremore ...hide ...
