Be warned, YOU will need to clean the apartment before you move in. Examine everything extensively, this pig has lipstick on. I swear you are better off doing any vital repairs yourself, or you will watch the months go by without any action from the maintenance crew. I reckon most of the tenants understand too late that they are actually prisoners in their own residences. Nothing about the pool evokes a resort atmosphere, so don't be fooled. The gym might as well be demolished and turned into a tavern, it would be more useful. The sauna doesn't appear to have ever worked. Recycling is suggested yet nonexistent, and the dump of a trash compactor is continuously overflowing with garbage. No, not one staff member will do anything about it. I feel sorry for the property owner, great investment, handled by staff who obviously haven't reached their full potential, maybe it's too late. My advice, wipe out the staff and/or the management partner if you want to maintain whatever quality is left of the property. Absolutely depressing. more ... hide ...

Having lived at Millview since June 2021, I have nothing but delightful things to say about the residence and its staff. The ladies at the front desk welcomed me with a tour and assisted me with my move-in paperwork, and the maintenance staff are all Having lived at Millview since June 2021, I have nothing but delightful things to say about the residence and its staff. The ladies at the front desk welcomed me with a tour and assisted me with my move-in paperwork, and the maintenance staff are all friendly and accommodating. If there's ever a problem, some of the maintenance staff live onsite and will be there in 20 minutes or less. I'm at a loss over the negative reviews for Millview. I pay my rent punctually, I'm a regular, quiet, full-time worker and I've had no issues. This location is a gem on top of a hill in Coatesville. I never hear any of my neighbors or any noise. It feels more like a holiday condo than an apartment. The devotion and maintenance is remarkable for this day and age, and I'm fortunate to have found this place. Particularly as a female, security and comfort are a top priority. I won't be leaving anytime soon and I strongly recommend Millview! more ... hide ...
