I have lived at the Monthaven Park Apartments in Hendersonville TN for a little over 3 years When I moved in it was great The amenities were always available the front office staff was always nice and helpful and I felt safe on the property I am not I have lived at the Monthaven Park Apartments in Hendersonville TN for a little over 3 years When I moved in it was great The amenities were always available the front office staff was always nice and helpful and I felt safe on the property I am not renewing my lease because of the way maintenance seems to not ever have time to fix anything the car wash only works half the time the phase 2 pool is closed more often than not and poorly maintained the front off staff is EXTREMELY rude and you can never get anyone on the phone to help Not to mention the amount of times the police are out here for cars being broken into repeated domestic calls from a building across the way even though several of us have complained and expressed concern but nothing gets done they literally yell they are going to get their guns out and start shooting My daughter was also injured at the pool because there were sharp broken pieces of ceramic tile in the pool that were the no diving signsnI was to advise if I was renewing my lease or not by 711 Given the circumstances I will not be staying here I called the front office several times from my cell phone and from my work phone with no answer I stopped by the office on Friday 715 and they guy that started assisting me was so rude and talked to me in a very disrespectful manner I even said at one point that his attitude was very snarky and Im just trying to get help The lady next to him made a remark insinuating he was also being rude No one stepped in to assist at all No one stopped this from happening I asked for a corporate number and someone from the back office told him not to give me the corporate number but instead gave me another local number to call No one has returned my calls from ANY of the numbers I have been given The guy ran my cell phone number through some program on his computer and told me I never called but I did My work number is a protected land line and would show up as unknown or sometimes even scam on cell phone but he didnt ask for that number I asked if he was accusing me of lying and he said well I can tell you that you didnt callnnNever in my life have I been treated with such disrespect called a liar and simply been refused the appropriate help I pay way too much in rent here to be treated like this I have also never been late on payment and never had a tenant complaint more ... hide ...

they take good care of the pools always nice and clean I will be there today even They are doing pressure washing on all the balconies and repainting them and the stairwells

Overall the place is pretty decent great location The spiders in the summer are hideous As far as staff the maintenance guy who looks like David Spade is cool as hell
