I moved here back in August of 2021 when Traci was still there and it was a decent place for the pricing at the time Traci was wonderful However the buildings are falling apart Im hoping the new renovations will help However the new management is not I moved here back in August of 2021 when Traci was still there and it was a decent place for the pricing at the time Traci was wonderful However the buildings are falling apart Im hoping the new renovations will help However the new management is not the best I had to do an early termination of my lease back in December I was told twice that they have received my notice and my payment for the lease break I went in person emailed and called Then I kept receiving calls asking why I havent paid rent After finally getting that taken care of I am glad to have moved out and I hope that they make improvements with the staff and the property more ... hide ...

The new management just isnt great I love the location I love my neighbors but the new management that came in at the end of 2021 are terrible No communication with the residents difficultly getting in touch with the office and the insane price hikes The new management just isnt great I love the location I love my neighbors but the new management that came in at the end of 2021 are terrible No communication with the residents difficultly getting in touch with the office and the insane price hikes are pushing out a lot of long time residents that keep the complex nice and quietnnId give the location a 55 neighbors a 45 quiet and friendly 55 they are renovating the apartments but only changing the floor and appliances They are not fixing the larger issues such as chronic roof leaking so Id give the units themselves a 35 and of course staff 15 more ... hide ...

Valley Ridge has beautiful clean grounds The surrounding neighborhood of Belle Meade is a great area The office staff was amazing and so friendly All of their amenities are clean and fresh plus they have two pools I highly recommend living here
