My children enjoy swimming, and we have the chance to put a 10x30 above-ground pool and canopy tent in our backyard. I'm looking for something bigger, but it is unfortunate when people are given a great opportunity to live somewhere nice and they ruin it for everyone else by being careless with the property. I'm sure these are beautiful apartments, it's the people who give the property a negative reputation. I hope the management will take steps to change the current situation. I would send out notices to each resident that Section 8 may no longer be accepted at this property due to the lack of care and the complaints from other tenants. I'm certain it's hard to find Section 8 housing in Nashville, and they should be aware of how fortunate they are to have housing in the market today. This apartment complex could easily stop accepting Section 8. It's really sad when people don't take pride in their things. I would also suggest having security on the premises 24/7. If these apartments are as nice as these reviews say they are, then please keep them up. I've seen so many apartments go downhill after they start taking Section 8. We have to do much better, and it's our people who are giving the apartment complex a bad name. It's truly heartbreaking.... more ... hide ...

Trash everywhere all the time pool not open too hot for kids to play on playground

I have heard great things about this apartment places and I wanna know how much is a two bedroom and two bathroom on a lower level please
