Honestly these are nice apartments if something goes wrong or you need something fixed all you have to do is fill out the sheet of paper for maintenance I know 9 out of ten times they will be there to fix your problem in a very appropriate and apprecHonestly these are nice apartments if something goes wrong or you need something fixed all you have to do is fill out the sheet of paper for maintenance I know 9 out of ten times they will be there to fix your problem in a very appropriate and appreciated timely manner The main maintenance guy Cam is one of the nicest and most profressional maintenance men in that sort of business As far as drugs go its not like you can look out your window and see drug deals go on like in most places you here people talk about drugs in their areas including places Ive previously lived in And this new manager shes so sweet nice and understanding you can see her working constantly to make this place an even better place to live Ive seen it with my own eyes I met her for the first time on the 9th of this month but have seen her run up and down theses apartments up and downstairs of each of the buildings The short time shes been here Ive seen her do it just as much as the other ones and shes only been here like a month compared to a year now thats what you want to see when you get a manager that actually works and cares about their job and community I only see Belmont Lodge Apartments becoming one of the safest apartments to live in the way things are going and looking I would of gave it five stars the only reason is there is a bunch of gossiping going on without actual proof that gives people a bad name when you have neighbors talking about neighbors who dont have any other thing to do but to gossip about things that they have no idea whether they are talking about anything that is true if it wasnt for that Belmont Lodge would of got a five star rating from me oh one other thing there has got to be a place on this land we can have a pool built I believe it would bring neighbors together and there wouldnt be so much gossiping all though I dont believe it will completely stop till the gossipers either move or find a hobby of some sortsmore ...hide ...

I was riding around checking out apartment complexes in the area. This is what I found here. It smells horrendous!!! I cant believe people actually pay to live here. I have been a resident more than a decade. Management is very prompt with maintenance and cares about the residents. Pleasant and safe community for senior residents.
