Horrible place to live. I live in another state and came to TN to visit a family member that lives in this apartment complex. I live in another state and came to TN to visit a family member that lives in this apartment complex. I was visiting for a couple of days and the manager, Chyanne gave a warning eviction letter to my family member, telling her that it has been brought to her attention that I apparently was now living there! Since when does a visit for a couple of days entitle a move in situation??? This apartments lease allows a visitor to stay for 10 days. My visit was 3 days. Do the math! This woman is apparently a whack job! On top of this nonsense... I was taking a walk outside and spoke with a young guy who was moving in. He was walking his dog. I asked him how does he have a dog if hes just moving in because theres supposedly a no pet policy unless they were grandfathered in before the new owners a couple of years ago. He told me that the manager was his aunt and she said he could have one since they were family and shes the manager. I asked who his aunt was and... take a wild guess who she is.... Yes, youre correct, its Chyanne! I did some digging and found out hes a 3 time felon and has multiple misdemeanors. Felons supposedly arent allowed to rent in this apartment complex but guess what... Good ole Chyanne broke rules once again, allowing her own family to lie on his application, because he was evicted from his last home for felony drug, theft and robbery charges! Thankfully people talk a lot in this town. I found out the maintenance man is another issue here. Hes a stalker and hes the one that told Chyanne that I moved in. 3 days with an over the shoulder bag and a rental car that had the rental companys name on it isnt quite a move in situation. Thats the unintelligent individuals running this apartment complex. Look for another place to live or youll have these people entering your home illegally at any time of the day or night for no legal reason. And youll be stalked.more ...hide ...
