I resided here for five years before moving out in October 2021. I made certain that all bills were paid in full prior to vacating in order to dodge any difficulties. We also supplied them with a forwarding address before we left when we gave back our keys (in case of any issues). Nonetheless, they never tried to get in touch with us and then sent a bill to collections for (cleaning and carpet replacement) despite the fact that we had a deposit paid for that. We also paid deposits for both my dog and my cat. Now they have impaired my and my roommates' credit over something so simple that could have been settled if they had just contacted us instead of being sluggish and passing it on to collections. During the time that we lived there, they also lost two payments which we had to pay twice since they were misplaced in between different management. Its a great place to live in a good location The manger Megan is awesome She is super nice and helpful I would recommend this place to friends or family

I have lived here for about 11/2 years. I absolutely love it here. After a long search for a place that I would feel safe. Especially when I have my grandchildren over. This complex is perfect. This complex is perfect. Nice and secluded nestled behind the trees, but yet conveniently located to everything. The manager Christina and the maintenance crew are amazing. Very prompt with any cares or concerns. The grounds are very well kept. A nice and clean pool area that is very relaxing. Pet friendly is a big plus for me. Christina the manager is very informative of things that may be going on in the complex. Such as road work, bug spraying, etc.The only thing I wish was different. Maybe to update the playground area.Kingwood apartments is the best apartment living I€™ve ever had. So quiet, day and night.Rachael R.more ...hide ...

These elderly people that live there most dont even draw that much a month. There pushing them out is what there doing. I advised them to seek legal action. Not right to start out great to get the money from our government then to use our elderly parents to turn around and sell out from under them and throw our elderly in the street.
