I resided here for This is an alert from a tenant who has always paid on time and who is conscientious about paying their bills: This location is always changing management every six months and they tend to misplace payments and other documentation. I resided here for five years before moving out in October 2021. I made certain that all bills were paid in full prior to vacating in order to dodge any difficulties. We also supplied them with a forwarding address before we left when we gave back our keys (in case of any issues). Nonetheless, they never tried to get in touch with us and then sent a bill to collections for (cleaning and carpet replacement) despite the fact that we had a deposit paid for that. We also paid deposits for both my dog and my cat. Now they have impaired my and my roommates' credit over something so simple that could have been settled if they had just contacted us instead of being sluggish and passing it on to collections. During the time that we lived there, they also lost two payments which we had to pay twice since they were misplaced in between different management. Do yourself a favor and think carefully before you rent here. If I could award negative stars, I would... more ... hide ...

I moved here from Puerto Rico my daughter is at MTSU Been here since August 2021 I must admit I didnt see the apartment before moving in I thought it had 15 bathrooms it didnt I work from home so my office was going to be downstairs but if there i I moved here from Puerto Rico my daughter is at MTSU Been here since August 2021 I must admit I didnt see the apartment before moving in I thought it had 15 bathrooms it didnt I work from home so my office was going to be downstairs but if there is not a half bath I better put my desk upstairs thats why only 4stars I love it here had issues with wasps roaches they took care of it The apartment is the right size The maintenance Sir is amazing and the ladies at the office too The complex is big but it is quiet and clean We really like it here more ... hide ...

I have not lived in Northfield Lodge for long but so far everything has been great Its quiet at night and tons of families live here which makes it a homey atmosphere Before moving in management called me and had to change our movein date but it was I have not lived in Northfield Lodge for long but so far everything has been great Its quiet at night and tons of families live here which makes it a homey atmosphere Before moving in management called me and had to change our movein date but it was because they wanted to take the time to completely replace all the carpet due to the last family making it muddy This made me feel like theyre taking things seriously My only true complaint is that there is no central ACheat I had to go purchase a window unit AC but it feels great now I have seen complaints about mold but i have no experienced this at all Overall this is a nice place and affordable more ... hide ...

Its a great place to live in a good location The manger Megan is awesome She is super nice and helpful I would recommend this place to friends or family
