The property is beautifulnnThe neighbors though are exceptionally noisy and the management does not do much for it We have lived here since June of 2019 and now in May of 2020 we still have the same issue from our neighbors making so much noise since The property is beautifulnnThe neighbors though are exceptionally noisy and the management does not do much for it We have lived here since June of 2019 and now in May of 2020 we still have the same issue from our neighbors making so much noise since Oct The management blames the fact that the walls dont have concrete between them While that is a factor the management does have the ability to silence or evict a tenant so this excuse means nothing to me or my family I work labor and my wife and I go to bed early There have been so so many nights that I have gone into work with little to no sleepnnIn September I asked the neighbor to stop after a couple nights of noise The same in October Then as the constant nights went on I went to management When we first reported this issue it was taken slightly seriously and then we had radio silence from the management as the issues continued all the way through to February when we were told that the employee no longer worked there and her emails were not monitored We also were unable to send an email to anyone else using the resident platform because her name along with another employee who was no longer employed were the only two names listed for contactnnNew employees finally contacted us in March as the noise continues and told us they would stop the noise but could not do more than ask them to stop It is May of 2020 my wife is lying in bed sick and cannot rest and recover because of the noise blasting through our bedroom wall from the neighbors that has been at all hours nearly 23 times every week since October of 2019nnWe are happy to leave even with no place yet as soon as our lease is up The one saving grace is the new manager Eric who when I was injured allowed us to pay our rent later when I had no income as I waited for my workers compensation to come innnTo sum it up we are disappointed and exhausted from fighting for peace and quiet from a management company who does not seem to care as they collect our income more ... hide ...
