Since the summer, the third person in charge has been using control tactics such as illegally evicting tenants and harassing them, even though they look after many dependents. This has been due to the apartment complex being full of gossiping women and other tenants' family members wanting the apartment. Additionally, the only male tenant has been taken advantage of and forced to do repairs for the landlord without being paid. The apartments have not been kept up to code, with doors that don't close or lock, electrical wiring that is hazardous, and carpets that are burned, stained, and in tatters, making it a dangerous place to live. Some people are trying to exploit the system. The second manager was unaware of the situation, while the third has changed locks and stopped mail service for one tenant in February and is illegitimately evicting another one based on rumors. Both parties have been attempting to work out the issues, yet Key management is still pushing for eviction and intimidating the tenant by saying that they will be responsible for court costs, threatening to cause them financial distress, and making their children feel unsafe.more ...hide ...
It was nice at first but then there alot of drama and things were not handle correctly noise complaint all the time from different buildings just to get me in trouble I felt like they bullied me out

She is always available for any help.Maintenance guys are also very friendly and very prompt in response. Main maintenance guy Chris is very very helpful guy.All in all ...in my opinion this is the best place to live in Hesston :) :)more ...hide ...
