This is my experience with this company. We had a rental agency find an apartment in one of their residential buildings for us, and after filing an application, it was approved. We wished to sign the lease beforehand in order to have less work on mov This is my experience with this company. We had a rental agency find an apartment in one of their residential buildings for us, and after filing an application, it was approved. We wished to sign the lease beforehand in order to have less work on moving day, however they refused and said we could only sign it on the day itself. A few days prior, we called to arrange a time, and they suggested 2pm to meet and do the paperwork, but since we had an infant, we requested for the time to be changed to earlier in the morning. Unfortunately, they denied our application and returned our deposit, with no explanation as to why. It seems that they did not trust us, but this is a false accusation as we had already visited the apartment with our baby and specifically asked our broker to find us a deleaded apartment. The behavior of this company was inhumane, leaving us in the cold winter with a 6 month old baby after a month of waiting. We only chose their apartment because it was deleaded, and everyone in the circle was aware of this. My case manager Demetrius set this up so that the residents could have a nice Christmas! That is one experience Im sure myself and the staff lady will never forget as we got to bring a little bit of Christmas spirit and joy to the elderly and the Senior residence of Hearth! £ And the really cool thing is they put the video on Facebook as well I didnt even know we were going on Facebook!
