We had been handing in our money orders to management without any issues for two years, then without warning a sheriff came to our door and informed us that we were being evicted and had to grab what we could in minutes. Furthermore, he showed us court documents claiming that we had pled guilty to something, despite the fact that we had never been informed of any issues. It was obvious that this was a scheme to get us out so they could renovate and rent the apartment for more money. When we went to speak to management, they acted as if we were lying and were dismissive, not even bothering to look into whether they had misplaced the money order. This has been a total nightmare. The apartments are not worth the prices they charge, with no amenities whatsoever, washer rooms that never work, homeless people lingering outside the unclosed gates, roaches, and black mold. Thankfully, we were accepted elsewhere in a much nicer place, so be warned and don't waste your money here. A lawsuit is in the works.more ...hide ...
