I have had a terrible experience living at this apartment complex. The treatment I have received from the management and the maintenance staff has been nothing short of slavery. Most recently, I tried to speak calmly to one of the maintenance men, anI have had a terrible experience living at this apartment complex. Most recently, I tried to speak calmly to one of the maintenance men, and he became very disrespectful towards me. He told me he didn't have time for my nonsense, and he was done with his inspection. I had to ask him to leave twice. When he became disrespectful and began to raise his voice, I didn't argue with him. No resident should have to endure this from a maintenance man or anyone working here. On September 21, maintenance let the police into my apartment while I was home. This is clearly a violation of my rights. You think you have gotten away with it, but God has a way of dealing with people like you. We all must reap what we sow. Therefore, I have given this to the Master to take care of. You reap what you sow. You eventually have to face the consequences of your actions. This is the basic nature of Gods justice. This was a great place to live maintenance was fantastic the office staff were pleasant and always helpful I lived here for 16 years it is truly a great place to live So many amenities around you and easy access to the interstate

New management company named VITUS that took over late 2017 or early 2018 is HORRIBLE!!!!this take over was allowed by the Dupe County Housing authority according to an article in the Naperville Sun on October 24, 2017.New management company named VITUS that took over late 2017 or early 2018 is HORRIBLE!!!!this take over was allowed by the Dupe County Housing authority according to an article in the Naperville Sun on October 24, 2017. The Dupage County Housing Authority should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this deal to go through and allowing this company to manage a senior apartment complex to be run this way.The VITUS management company have told residents that they are no longer allowed to sit out in front of the building when its nice out. Residents have used this area the entire time my mother has lived there to enjoy nice weather and socialize with other residents. They also only give residents one key for their apartment. this is a senior apartment complex, my mother has lived here for over 20 years and I (her daughter) have always been given a copy of her apartment key to use for emergencies. this new management company will not allow family members keys. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD TO THE SENIOR CITIZEN RESIDENTS. they dont have staff onsite 24/7 so if a residents family member needs to check on a resident after manager office hours they have no way to do so. their keys are marked DO NOT DUPLICATE\" so locksmiths wont duplicate without a letter of authorization. The management team of this property needs to be investigated!!!!!!!!!!!My mother also went without Water in her shower for several days last week, and on one of those days the toilet didnt work either!!! their current renovations and equipment in the parking lot do not leave enough parking spaces for residents and they have had residents vehicles towed! Is this how senior citizens should be treated....I think not!!!! I am currently seeking legal counsel and help from the city of napervile and Dupage County to deal with this situation and this management company.more ...hide ...

I give this place a 0 star only because of management! She has banned previous employees from coming back on the property because we choose to stop working with Katherine Manor. There are other residents in the building I give this place a 0 star only because of management! She has lied to the police & stated she owns the building which is a lie! I have family who lives here who is requesting my help because shes blind. Im going to the tv stations about this.
