Upsidesn1 We were able to sign the lease quickly and efficientlynn2 The landlord Denver was super nice and helpful He could be forgetful at times but we never minded that at all He helped with all of our maintenance needs really quickly too We had a Upsidesn1 We were able to sign the lease quickly and efficientlynn2 The landlord Denver was super nice and helpful He could be forgetful at times but we never minded that at all He helped with all of our maintenance needs really quickly too We had a microwave that had a broken handle and the couple days after notifying him we had a brand new microwave installednn3 We were able to hang things up on the walls I suggest using the sticker adhesive type instead of nails though I heard a lot of people who had to pay part of their deposit to repaint the apartment because they used nailsnn4 After we lived there a year we were able to rent monthly which made looking for a house to rent a lot easier and less stressful We did have to pay a little extra monthly to do that but we didnt mindnn5 Pets are aloud with a deposit I was looking for a cat for the longest time and was I grateful I had the option to look for one in the first placenn6 The security there was the main reason I even considered this apartment A lot of the bottom floor apartment residents just use the sliding doors as their front doors The main building as a whole though has an intercom system a front door thats locked at all times and the apartment itself has a deadlock So youre given two keys plus your mail key for your apartment in total and I loved that especially with a baby on the way I needed that securitynn7 Its super close to a lot of recreation such as the football stadium the high school softball field and Maytag park It was just a short walk away and I loved thatnn8 A super friendly neighborhood Theres a lot of apartments in town that are located in super sketchy spots but this one had nothing like that It had a very friendly neighborhood vibenn9 It does have garages you can rent alongside your normal rent so you can have extra storage on site if you needed it I never did that but it seems like an awesome featurenn10 I dont know about yall but I loved the fact none of the neighbors talked to me I lived there for a while and no one paid me any attention and as an introvert it was great If you like neighbors tho this may not be your kind of place idknnDownsidesn1 I lived under the stairs and had really noisy neighbors upstairs The walls and floors are pretty thin in these apartments so if you have small children which I have that are light sleepers Id either invest in a loud sound machine or not recommend this apartment Forget having your TV louder than 6 toonn2 I rented a two bedroom 1 bath and it was just the right size for 2 adults and a newborn maybe even a little cramped Anymore people and it would have been WAYYY too snugnn3 In the summer it gets super super hot in there because of the AC unit thats only connected to the living room portion of the apartment we solved that issue with fans and in the winter all of our neighbors cranked up their heat so our apartment was always hot but we just left the windows open from time to time to make it coolernn4 The parking lot was super cramped and the people who lived on the bottom floor never had any room to park at the bottom lot because of the rest of the residents taking those spots which ended up being super annoying because if I had a bunch of groceries Id have to go down stairs to get to my apartment or walk down the hill to my sliding door while also pregnant Super aggravating That and the top lot is cramped and it would always take me at least 58 minutes just trying to back up my truck to go Id honestly recommend a sticker system so the bottom lot people can keep their bottom lot spots but thats just mennAll in all a great experience and a great first choice if youre just moving out of your parents more ... hide ...

I moved out my apartment in August rented a garage until the end of September 2017 I fulfilled my part of the contract however they did not It is now February 1st 2018 and still have not received my deposit back Buyer beware
