Maintenance Brian was always courteous and any issues we had were usually fixed within a few days. Whenever we called the office, someone friendly answered, and if unavailable, they would call back or leave a polite message. Visits to the office were similarly pleasant experiences, with either Amanda or Cheyanne welcoming us. Despite the abundance of children in building 200, it was generally clean, with no loitering or bugs in sight - a far cry from the roach-infested Harris Bridges apartment we had moved out of only two weeks prior. We had a mostly positive experience as first-time apartment dwellers, and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
