Roach infested Cant do anything about it Washers and dryers are constantly broken which is really bad considering half the tenants depend on them I dont recommend this place although I have never had an issue with management

Its a very nice, clean and peaceful environment. From the management down to the maintenance team, they are always on top of things when I have been here for a year now and have only good things to say about the Bluffs. When things need repaired, they are right on it as soon as I notify them. All the appliances in my apartment are in excellent condition. Also out of the few places I have lived in Mesquite throughout the years, the Bluffs do the best job keeping the apartments sprayed on a regular basis, and I have never had any major issues with insects the whole time I have lived here, every season of the year. I love the flooring, easy to keep clean and maintained, the layout, every part of this apartment. I also love that they do their best to keep a nice, peaceful atmosphere.
