I have a deep appreciation for Nevada HAND and a strong love for SkyView Pines; my father was a resident, so he encouraged me to move in too. SkyView allowed me to restore my credit history and create a stable environment for my children. I vividly remember the difference from when we were outside of the gate to when we were inside - it felt safer, even though there weren't any key-entryways or security fobs at that time. There are some residents who don't feel connected since the switch in management at the end of 2016, myself included. It doesn't seem like they sincerely care about us or our neighborhood; rather, they make us feel like an inconvenience and offer only empty promises. Work requests have been 3 months behind as of 4/27/17 due to lack of concern from management - if they did care more deeply it wouldn't be this way. At one point this place was quite homey and neighborly but now something isn't right with SkyView: the management no longer shows genuine interest in its residents nor does it keep them informed. more ... hide ...
